About Bill
Bill Meincke is a journalist, producer, and fact-checker with a strong background in multimedia storytelling, policy coverage, and public communication. He serves as a Communications Specialist for the Coastal Corridor Alliance, where he creates legislative explainer videos focused on environmental policy, and as a fact-checker and copy editor for The Hustle's video channel, helping produce clear, accurate business and tech explainers. His written work spans current events, mental health, male infertility, the environment, and sports, with bylines in The Chicago Tribune, Voice of OC, and Business Insider. A master’s graduate from NYU Journalism, he has also contributed to investigative projects for The Guardian and The New Yorker, and currently represents District C on the Los Feliz Neighborhood Council.
